What to wear to the Azerbaijan Grand Prix
A practical Baku race-day outfit for city walking, exposed seating and security screening.

Start with footwear
Expect substantial walking on pavements, temporary surfaces and Old City stone. Wear broken-in shoes with grip rather than relying on a short straight-line distance from the hotel.

Use adaptable layers
Breathable clothing, a secure hat and a light wind layer cover more situations than one heavy item. Grandstand cover does not protect queues or every sun angle.

Keep accessories compliant
Avoid rigid poles, oversized flags, large umbrellas and bulky bags. The organiser can inspect possessions and update its prohibited-items list, so recheck the terms before each event day.
