Community contribution terms
Your rights and licence
You confirm that you wrote the report and created each photo or control the necessary rights. You keep ownership and grant Race Grid Guide a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, review, edit for clarity, crop, resize, display and distribute the contribution in its editorial, circuit and travel guides.
Accuracy, safety and privacy
Describe firsthand experience fairly. Do not submit ticket barcodes, private contact details, defamatory or unlawful material, health claims presented as universal facts, or images focused on identifiable children without lawful authority. Venue rules and third-party rights still apply.
Moderation
Submissions are private by default. We may approve, reject, fact-check, edit, unpublish or remove a contribution at any time. Approval is not guaranteed and does not create employment or payment rights. Your email is used for verification and is not published.
Removal requests
Email privacy@racegridguide.com with the submission details. We will verify the request and remove eligible public and stored copies within a reasonable period.
