Madrid Grand Prix 2026 schedule
Every published session time for the inaugural Madrid weekend, shown in UTC and Madrid local time.
Weekend format
Madrid is currently scheduled as a conventional three-practice weekend: two Friday practices, final practice and qualifying on Saturday, then the race on Sunday. It is not listed as a Sprint weekend.
Time-zone check
Madrid observes CEST (UTC+2) in September. The official feed exposes UTC times, so this guide adds two hours for the local circuit time. Recheck in race week in case the promoter or FIA revises the timetable.
- Friday: FP1 13:30 and FP2 17:00 Madrid time
- Saturday: FP3 12:30 and qualifying 16:00 Madrid time
- Sunday: race start 15:00 Madrid time
Plan beyond the track
Gates, support categories and entertainment can start much earlier than the headline sessions. Treat the Formula 1 timetable as the anchor, then use the official ticket message and venue schedule to set your arrival time.
