Singapore becomes a Sprint weekend

The 2026 Singapore Grand Prix runs from Friday 9 to Sunday 11 October. Friday has the only practice session and Sprint Qualifying, Saturday has the Sprint and Grand Prix qualifying, and Sunday has the night race.

Singapore Time is UTC+8

Converted from the current Formula 1 schedule, FP1 begins at 16:30 and Sprint Qualifying at 20:30 on Friday. Saturday's Sprint starts at 17:00, qualifying at 21:00, and Sunday's race at 20:00.

  • Friday: FP1 16:30 and Sprint Qualifying 20:30
  • Saturday: Sprint 17:00 and qualifying 21:00
  • Sunday: Grand Prix 20:00
