Companions and mobility aids
One companion may be admitted subject to availability and must hold an accessible-zone ticket. Wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, medical scooters, service animals with documentation and other listed support devices are addressed in the official rules.
On-site support
The organiser states that internal transport and assistance for disabled spectators is free but subject to availability. Large aids may need to remain in staff-designated areas, and platform movement is controlled by event personnel.
