Start with the assigned grandstand
The app carries the only scannable ticket and a Wayfinding feature. Match the assigned grandstand or hill product to the current gate, shuttle stop and pedestrian route; an ordinary map can place you on the wrong side of event controls.
Circular shuttles move around Yas Island
The official FAQ directs guests to free circuit circular shuttles and the app for the nearest stop. It does not make one stop correct for every ticket or guarantee a fixed journey time in peak post-race crowds.
Yas Mall appears in accessibility guidance
The organiser states that shuttle buses used from Yas Mall are fitted with wheelchair ramps. Confirm whether the final 2026 general parking plan assigns your ticket to Yas Mall before driving there.
Concert movement is a separate journey
The FAQ describes walking from the circuit through North Oasis, using the circular shuttle or taking a taxi to Etihad Live. Concert admission has its own app barcode and first-come general-admission rules.
Protect the digital route home
Screenshots and printouts are not accepted for entry. Keep the app updated, use the purchase email, carry phone power and data, and save non-ticket travel details separately in case the network is busy.
Final operating details still control
The organiser can update parking assignments, gates, road controls, shuttle hours and taxi points. Recheck app notifications and the final Wayfinding map before every event day.
