Race Grid Guide

MRT first · gate and zone decide the route

Getting to Marina Bay

The circuit is surrounded by rail stations, but closure fences, bridges and zone boundaries make the ticket's preferred gate more important than straight-line distance.

Live-inventory boundary: every listed three-day grandstand was sold out on 24 August. Friday seats remained purchasable for Pit, Chicane @ Turn 2, Republic, Padang and Stamford. Prices include 9% GST and availability can change at checkout.

Match station to the preferred gate

Zone 1 products commonly use Gates 1, 2 or 8 near the eastern circuit. Zone 4 products use Civic District gates. Read the product's preferred gates and the final official map before choosing an MRT station.

Useful rail anchors

Promenade and Bayfront serve the Flyer and eastern sector; City Hall and Raffles Place serve the Civic District. Esplanade can also be useful, but event barriers and controlled walking routes override an ordinary map.

Expect long walks

A ticket with Zones 1–4 permits wider access, but crossing the park still takes time. Overpasses, underpasses, stage crowds and track activity can restrict or slow movement.

Taxis and private cars

Central road closures and high demand make direct drop-off unreliable. Use the final published taxi points outside the perimeter or rail for the last approach; do not rely on hotel-to-gate driving times.

Late departure

Allow for queues after qualifying, the race and headliner concerts. Check LTA and organiser service notices for extended hours or station controls rather than assuming a normal timetable.

Final operations boundary

The 2026 Circuit Park map controls gates and routes. Later LTA closure stages, taxi points, accessible set-down and crowd-management notices should replace this planning layer when issued.
