What the organiser map establishes
The official 2025 bilingual event map used symbols for an accessible grandstand and accessible toilets. That demonstrates provision existed, but it does not establish the unchanged 2026 or future platform location and rules.
What the 2026 guide omits
The public 2026 English spectator guide details gates, identity checks, shuttles and VIP entry but does not publish a dedicated accessible-ticket name, price, companion policy, viewing-platform location or reservation process.
Metro planning
Line 11 to Shanghai Circuit Station was the recommended public route. The event source does not give lift outage contingencies, platform-to-seat gradients or an assisted route, so metro accessibility must be checked with Shanghai Metro and the promoter.
Remote Grandstand E
The E shuttle boarded outside the ticketed gates between P5 and P13. The public guide does not state wheelchair capacity, lift equipment or priority rules; it should not be described as accessible without direct confirmation.
Identity workflow
Passport holders completed manual verification before facial-recognition gates. Anyone unable to use biometric lanes or wait in standard queues should request the promoter's alternative procedure before travel.
Facilities are not a route guarantee
An accessible toilet or viewing symbol does not prove a continuous step-free route from metro, parking or entry. Temporary bridges, tunnels, crowd barriers and long distances need current map-level confirmation.
Future dependency
A publishable future guide needs the final licensed organiser map and written confirmation of platform inventory, companion rules, parking/drop-off, accessible shuttle operation and contact channel. No domain or hosting change is required.
