Use the dedicated sales route
The official 2026 guidance directs disabled spectators and people with reduced mobility to the GP São Paulo contact process. Availability and the suitability of a specific space must be confirmed before purchase.
Companion rules
The disabled spectator and companion must each buy an individual ticket in the same order. The organiser states that both pay the applicable concession price and must be together for ticket collection and entry on all three days.
All-sector statement is not a route guarantee
The organiser says all grandstands and VIP areas will be able to receive disabled spectators and people with reduced mobility, including appropriate toilets. That does not establish the slope, distance, transfer arrangement or assistance for an individual route; request those details for the exact sector and gate.
Accessible transport
The event FAQ points to SPTrans ATENDE, a free special transport service for people with severe physical disabilities and wheelchair dependence. Eligibility and event operation must be confirmed directly with SPTrans.
