H8 HÉV and free fan shuttle
In 2026, H8 suburban trains ran every 10–15 minutes. A free fan shuttle connected Kerepes HÉV station to Gate 3 from 07:00–14:50 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The return shuttle went from Gate 3 to Gödöllő railway station, where trains continued toward Keleti.
Walk from Szilasliget
The organiser described Szilasliget HÉV station as roughly a 30-minute walk from the venue. That can be useful when queues change, but it is not a step-free promise and should not replace an accessible transfer plan.
Central Budapest City Shuttle
The 2026 paid City Shuttle used Olof Palme sétány, about 200 metres from Heroes' Square, with advertised 07:00–20:00 operation and departures at most 20 minutes apart. The published price was €25 one-way or €38 return.
Driving and parking
The current 2027 ticket shop says tickets do not include parking. Premium Parking is due later; two free off-site parks exist but can fill and usually leave a 10–30 minute walk. Police may change roads and approaches during the event.
Taxi
Főtaxi was the official 2026 provider, using a dedicated VIP lane and a rank near Gate 8. Confirm the 2027 provider, pickup point and surcharge before travel.
Bike and motorcycle
The 2026 plan listed unguarded bicycle and scooter racks near Gates 7 and 2B. Motorcycle users shared free, unpaved parking. Locks, ground conditions and the final permitted approach remain the visitor's responsibility.
Practical return plan
Save tickets, station names and accommodation details offline. Build margin for queues, security and the final walk; never anchor a flight or last train to an archived shuttle time.
