Accessible Baku

Only two current storefront products carry a wheelchair-accessible label. Contact the organiser before paying and require confirmation of the complete journey.

Inventory boundary: on 24 August, 11 of 18 named grandstands had a price and purchase button. Seven catalogue products remain described without a live price. Prices include 18% VAT and can change; the final ticket, seat, gate and event notice control.

Start with the correct product

Absheron E and PASHA Real Estate (Azneft) are the only products explicitly marked wheelchair accessible in the current storefront. A standard ticket elsewhere should not be treated as proof of a step-free platform.

Confirm before purchase

The official terms say accessible seating may be available and direct visitors with limited mobility to the Booking Hotline. Confirm ticket type, companion arrangement, platform location, gate, transfer distance, toilet route and any mobility-aid restriction in writing.

Companion policy is not invented

The current public pages do not state a complete 2026 companion entitlement or free-carer policy. Do not assume one. Ask the ticket team what must be purchased and what evidence, if any, must be shown.

Street-circuit route risk

Kerbs, temporary bridges, security fences and changed station exits can break an otherwise step-free route. Require the final accessible route from transport arrival or set-down point through the assigned gate to the platform.

Assistance animals

The current entry terms make an exception for service animals while prohibiting other animals. Reconfirm documentation, relief arrangements, noise exposure and the exact accessible entrance before travel.

What remains pending

Accessible parking or set-down, station lift availability, gate gradients, platform dimensions, companion seating and evacuation assistance are not yet supported by a final public 2026 operations map.
