Ticket options
The current accessible-ticket page lists Jones and Schumacher wheelchair platforms, Turn 12 Reserved Accessible Platform and Park Pass options. Book through the Ticketmaster accessible form or hotline; submitting a request does not guarantee inventory.
Companion Cards
A valid Companion Card can provide a no-charge companion ticket subject to the product terms. Park Pass and Reserved Accessible Platform flows can be booked online; grandstand and Clubhouse arrangements use the form or phone.
Free internal shuttle
The on-call Wheelaway service prioritises wheelchair users and people with walking aids, generally with one carer or companion. Overpass 1 lifts provide another infield/outfield connection.
Accessible parking
Onsite spaces are limited, first-come and permit-controlled; vehicles arriving without an AGPC permit cannot park. The current page says the displayed four-day allocation was exhausted, so this must be rechecked rather than assumed.
Toilets and Changing Places
Accessible toilets are available at most toilet blocks. A Marveloo facility behind the Turn 12 platform includes an adult change table and ceiling hoist; users must provide a compatible sling.
Sensory and communication
The organiser publishes a sensory room at Gate 10, quiet rooms in Pit Stop Park and behind The Terrace, Auslan at key stages, closed captions on superscreens and Hidden Disabilities Sunflower participation.
Arrival points
Accessible drop-off and pickup were listed at Gates 1, 2 and 10, while Gates 1 and 5 were recommended public-transport approaches. Confirm the new visitor map because temporary roads and entrances can change.
